Job Description
Job title: Shopper Marketing Executive (m/f/x) Role Summary: Lead shopper marketing initiatives for UK Home Improvement District brands (Command™, Scotch®, personal safety products). Develop, execute, and evaluate shopper marketing plans aligned with category and trade partners to drive growth and profitability. Expactations: Deliver measurable shopper engagement results; maintain budget discipline; collaborate across internal teams and customer accounts; provide strategic insights for brand promotion. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement integrated shopper marketing execution plans for Home Improvement segment. • Deeply analyze assigned shopper groups to inform tactics and messaging. • Partner with Category Development Managers, Key Account Managers, and Trade Marketing Managers to capture growth opportunities. • Build and sustain relationships with customer marketing teams to align on go‑to‑market strategies. • Support profit‑centre operations (SKU creation, pricing, product data) ensuring seamless execution. • Evaluate financial viability of marketing initiatives, manage budget, and report performance metrics. • Vet and implement new shopper tactics while monitoring ROI. Required Skills: • Marketing degree (minimum) or equivalent. • Experience in Shopper/Consumer Marketing or Account Management in FMCG B2C. • Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset. • Project and stakeholder management expertise. • Excellent written and verbal communication; influencing ability. • Commercial acumen, prioritisation, and organisational skills. • Curiosity and growth mindset. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. • Professional certifications in marketing, analytics, or project management are a plus.
