Job Description

Job title: Integration & Validation Software Pilot (F/M) Role Summary: Lead validation and debugging of tractor software across new projects and production lines. Design, develop, and execute functional and diagnostic test benches, and produce comprehensive test documentation. Expectations: Deliver reliable, defect‑free software that meets vehicle integration requirements. Work collaboratively with engineering teams to ensure test coverage and traceability. Provide actionable feedback to improve product quality. Key Responsibilities - Write validation specifications and conduct test sequences on both bench and on‑tractor platforms covering functional and diagnostic scenarios. - Produce and deliver detailed test reports and analysis. - Develop unit test benches aligned with embedded ECU architecture and diagnostics. - Maintain and extend test environments using Vector tools. - Support continuous integration and automation processes. - Communicate findings to software and hardware teams for rapid issue resolution. Required Skills - Proficiency with Vector tools (Canalyser, Canoe). - Experience writing and executing unit/bench tests for embedded systems. - Familiarity with DSpace (Configuration Desk, Control Desk, Automation Desk, Synect) and Microsoft Azure DevOps is desirable. - Operational English language skills. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation abilities. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an engineering school in Embedded Software, Computer Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software validation and test bench development.
