Job Description

**Job Title** Data Analyst **Role Summary** Support the Lockers deployment and maintenance team by ensuring high‑quality data management and delivering actionable analytics. Build models, automate reporting, and collaborate with European data experts to drive continuous improvement across the organization. **Expectations** - Deliver reliable, timely data insights to support growth and operational excellence. - Own data quality and integrity for CRM systems and related sources. - Translate business needs into automated solutions that enhance reliability, performance, and productivity. - Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and challenge assumptions. - Work autonomously while collaborating across France, Benelux, and the wider InPost group. **Key Responsibilities** - Maintain and cleanse data in Pipedrive and Hubspot CRM databases. - Reconcile and analyze data from multiple enterprise sources to identify issues and recommend corrective actions. - Design and build analytical models and dashboards that enable managers to monitor activity and inform decisions. - Develop and sustain automated reports and alerts using Power BI, SQL, Python, or other tools. - Create and maintain IT automations (webhooks, APIs, low‑code workflows) to support business analytics and operational efficiency. - Partner with European data teams to align methodologies and promote best practices. **Required Skills** - Proficient in SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (e.g., GCP). - Advanced Excel and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI a plus). - Familiarity with webhooks, APIs, and low‑code integration tools (Make, Power Automate, Zapier). - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent written and spoken English; French language skills are a plus. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑moving environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum BAC+5 (Bachelor’s or Master’s) degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Power BI, GCP, SQL) are an advantage but not mandatory.
