**Job Title:** Vice President, Enterprise Applications and ERP Solutions
**Role Summary**
Lead global strategy, governance, and execution of enterprise systems, with a focus on ERP financial systems and end-to-end application delivery. Requires strategic leadership of ERP platforms (Workday Financials as the core system) and integration with systems like Finance, Procurement, and CRM. Ensure alignment between technology, process automation, and business objectives to drive operational excellence and growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Define and execute global ERP/enterprise application strategy, focusing on Workday Financials and integrated platforms.
2. Partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT executives to design business transformation roadmaps.
3. Oversee ERP implementation, optimization, and integration (e.g., Salesforce, procurement systems).
4. Manage solution lifecycle—including design, delivery, and change management—to ensure business readiness.
5. Establish governance frameworks, compliance standards, and ROI tracking for enterprise applications.
**Required Skills**
- Deep expertise in Workday Financials (General Ledger, AP/AR, Procurement, Expenses, Reporting).
- Strong project delivery track record for ERP solutions (e.g., global rollouts, integrations).
- Strategic leadership in enterprise application ecosystems (Finance, Procurement, CRM, Analytics).
- Executive-level stakeholder management and vendor/partner negotiation skills.
- Hands-on leadership for cross-functional, matrixed teams; ability to mentor technical and delivery talent.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10–15+ years in technology leadership roles focused on ERP financial systems, enterprise application delivery, and global implementation programs.
- Demonstrated leadership in Workday Financials ERP (required) and large-scale enterprise ecosystem integration.
