**Job Title** Demand Generation Events Manager (Contract) **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end demand generation for high‑value events across EMEA. Own pre‑event promotion, audience acquisition, and post‑event follow‑up, driving registration, attendance, and pipeline impact through integrated campaigns. **Expectations** - Achieve or exceed event registration and attendance targets for events of 1,000+ attendees. - Deliver measurable lift in pipeline and brand engagement. - Provide clear, actionable insights to optimize future event performance. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and execute demand‑generation strategies aligned with business goals. - Manage promotional calendar across email, paid media, social, partner marketing, and other channels. - Coordinate multiple event‑promotion tactics, ensuring on‑time delivery and quality. - Collaborate with Event Marketing, Field Marketing, Marketing Operations, Brand, Communications, and Sales Development to align messaging and execution. - Present progress and performance to senior leadership and stakeholders. - Define performance metrics, track results, conduct post‑event analysis, and recommend optimizations. **Required Skills** - 5+ years in B2B demand generation focused on events. - Expertise in digital marketing strategies and tools. - Proven project management with simultaneous initiative handling. - Strong analytical ability to derive insights and drive decisions. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Aptitude for creating compelling event experiences that drive attendance. - Cross‑functional collaboration experience in fast‑paced environments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - Certifications in marketing automation (e.g., Marketo) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce) preferred. ---
