**Job Title:** Head of People **Role Summary:** Lead and build the People & Culture function from inception, establishing scalable HR systems, organizational design, and talent strategies to support rapid growth in a deep‑tech textile recycling startup. **Expectations:** - Drive high‑performance organizational culture through clear standards and daily practices. - Merge strategic planning with operational execution to scale people capabilities. - Deliver tangible HR initiatives that align with the company’s fast‑moving industrial environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement scalable hiring, onboarding, performance, compensation, and development processes. - Translate corporate strategy into workforce planning, hiring roadmaps, role scopes, and success profiles in collaboration with founders and technical leaders. - Structure rigorous talent acquisition pipelines for technical, industrial, and corporate roles, ensuring a superior candidate experience. - Develop performance and development frameworks (goal setting, feedback, career paths, manager enablement). - Oversee compensation, compliance, payroll, benefits, contracts, and multi‑site regulatory compliance (France). - Champion company values, embed them in systems, and serve as a strategic advisor during rapid scaling. **Required Skills:** - 6+ years in People/HR roles, preferably scaling teams in industrial deep‑tech or high‑growth tech startups. - Proven experience designing & executing People & Culture systems (performance cycles, compensation frameworks, hiring processes). - Deep knowledge of French labor law, payroll administration, and employment contracts. - Successful hiring and support of technical/industrial profiles (engineering, manufacturing, R&D). - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills. - System‑oriented mindset; ability to create scalable, non‑bureaucratic processes. - Demonstrated ownership, autonomy, and comfort navigating ambiguity. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred). - Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM‑SP/CM, HRCI, or French HR credentials) desirable but not mandatory.

Job Title: Product Engineer Role Summary: Dynamic product engineer overseeing the technical execution of recycled nylon monomer programs. Responsible for coordinating external manufacturing, ensuring product specifications, yield targets, cost efficiency, and seamless handoff to polymer CDMO partners, while driving continuous process improvement. Expectations: * Deliver high‑quality monomer batches within schedule and cost targets. * Collaborate with manufacturing, commercial, and supply‑chain teams to align resources and timelines. * Lead technical discussions, troubleshooting, and qualification reviews with internal and external stakeholders. * Capture and apply operational lessons to optimize continuous manufacturing strategy. * Champion company values in all interactions. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage external manufacturing of recycled nylon monomers, coordinating work packages and technical documentation. * Ensure manufacturing campaigns adhere to defined process conditions and product specifications. * Prepare batch records and certificates of analysis for handoff to polymer CDMO partners. * Support monomer‑related production and troubleshooting activities. * Coordinate demand forecasts with campaign scheduling, aligning raw‑material availability, CDMO capacity, and delivery timing. * Capture operational insights from batch campaigns to inform engineering optimization. Required Skills: * 5+ years supporting B2B customers in specialty chemicals, polymers, or monomers. * Proven experience owning batch operations (reactors, separations, purification) with contract manufacturers. * Ability to review batch records, manage campaigns, and ensure schedule and quality adherence. * Strong technical communication, leading discussions and troubleshooting with stakeholders. * Excellent problem‑solving, curiosity, and attention to detail. * Proficiency in English; French a plus. * Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑paced startup environments. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a closely related field.
