**Job Title** Application Integration Engineer / Windows (H/F) **Role Summary** Responsible for managing and evolving a large-scale Windows 10/11 workstation fleet. Performs application packaging with SCCM and Intune, delivers Tier‑3 support, maintains operational readiness, and continuously improves workstation engineering practices in a structured, quality‑controlled environment. **Expectations** - Execute application packaging projects using SCCM and Intune. - Provide Level 3 system and application support. - Ensure operational continuity (MCO) of applications. - Drive improvement of workstation engineering processes. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and validate application packages (SCCM/Intune). - Script and automate deployments (PowerShell). - Administer application deployments via GPO, AD, Azure AD, Intune, and CSP. - Troubleshoot complex incidents and provide root‑cause analysis. - Document architecture, procedures, technical specifications, and requirements. - Perform continuous technical watch on workstation tools and practices. - Propose process enhancements and assess impact on deployment and support. - Produce technical reports and deployment tracking. **Required Skills** - ≥5 years’ experience as a workstation/integration engineer. - Strong proficiency in SCCM and Intune. - Advanced PowerShell scripting. - Solid knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, Azure AD, and CSP. - Ability to manage complex, large‑scale environments. - Self‑stimulation, analytical thinking, and rigorous work style. - Excellent technical writing and customer‑centric communication. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, SCCM‑specific certifications) preferred.

Job Description
**Job title** Scrum Master **Role Summary** Act as an Agile coach and facilitator for several cross‑functional teams developing critical customer‑facing applications (CRM, web, data, marketing). Ensure Scrum is applied consistently, drive continuous improvement, remove impediments, and foster collaboration across Web, Salesforce, Data, and Marketing domains. **Expectations** * Deliver high‑quality releases on schedule through disciplined Scrum processes. * Maintain and improve team velocity, predictability, and quality of deliverables. * Foster a culture of transparency, self‑organization, and continuous learning. * Align product outcomes with customer experience strategy and business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Facilitate daily ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, Retrospective. * Partner with Product Owner / Product Portfolio Owner to prioritize and groom backlogs. * Coach teams on Scrum principles, Agile metrics (burn‑down, velocity), and process adherence. * Identify and remove blockers, coordinate with technical leads and stakeholders to secure resources. * Design and track Agile indicators; report progress and improvement to stakeholders. * Collaborate with Salesforce, Web, Data, and Marketing teams to ensure shared understanding, integration, and deployment practices. * Contribute to test and deployment process design; link with technical referees and operations. * Build cross‑team synergies and promote knowledge sharing across the IT portfolio. * Advocate for continuous improvement initiatives and adapt processes to evolving business needs. **Required Skills** * Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent). * Minimum 3 years proven experience as Scrum Master in large, complex Agile product development. * Strong command of Jira Administration & usage. * Deep knowledge of Scrum ceremonies, artifacts, and Agile metrics. * Excellent facilitation, communication, and people‑management skills. * Ability to influence and drive change in a matrixed, multi‑domain environment. * Familiarity with Salesforce (Service Cloud, Lightning, APIs) is highly desirable. * Experience with NodeJS, React, VueJS, Drupal, Azure, Power BI, Marketing Cloud, and related tech stacks is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (preferred). * Certified Scrum Master and at least 3 years of senior Scrum Master experience. * Additional Agile certifications (e.g., PSM II, SAFe Scrum Master) welcome.
