Job Description
Job Title: Specialist I, Brand + Graphics Role Summary: Entry‑level designer supporting the Brand + Graphics team by creating and implementing graphics, signage, and brand identity solutions across multiple projects. Works collaboratively with architects, interior designers, and clients to embed environmental graphics that enhance user experience and reinforce brand messaging. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality design assets that align with client brand standards and project specifications. Maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders and external clients. Demonstrate strong design judgment, problem‑solving, and project coordination skills while adhering to project timelines and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Design and produce graphics, signage, wayfinding packages, and brand standards for firmwide projects. - Collaborate with clients to develop visual communication strategies and environmental graphics programs within existing brand guidelines. - Coordinate with interior design and architecture teams to integrate graphics into architectural drawings and project deliverables. - Prepare detailed design intent packages, including specifications, materials, and element locations. - Partner with multiple internal practices (workplace, education, aviation, healthcare) to deliver cohesive design solutions. - Read and interpret architectural plans, sections, elevations, and details as needed to support project integration. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). - Strong conceptual and strategic thinking for brand strategy and user‑experience design. - Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and written/ verbal communication skills. - Ability to read architectural drawings and collaborate with design teams. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field. - Portfolio demonstrating graphics, signage, brand strategy, and user‑experience environmental design. ---
