**Job Title** Associate, Front Office Software Engineer **Role Summary** Build cloud‑native Python services and APIs that drive real‑time analytics and systematic trading strategies for Front Office teams. Collaborate with traders and analysts to translate commercial requirements into scalable, high‑performance solutions that directly impact market insights and risk management. **Expectations** • 0–2 years of professional software engineering experience (new graduates welcomed) • Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, software design) • Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration **Key Responsibilities** - Partner with traders and analysts to engineer and streamline trading processes, analytical models, and systematic strategies. - Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, high‑performance Python services and APIs for the analytics platform. - Implement cloud‑native tools: real‑time analytics, visualization interfaces, and workflow automation that integrate into the Front Office platform. - Support supply‑and‑demand modeling, market data analysis, and strategy research. - Ensure code quality through unit tests, code reviews, and adherence to DevOps practices. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in Python (backend development, services, APIs, data processing). - Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. - Experience in Linux/Unix development environments. - Familiarity with AWS cloud services and data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake) is a plus. - Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. - Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. - Effective communication and collaboration across technical and commercial teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field. - (Optional) Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Developer or Cloud Practitioner.
