Job Description
IT Infrastructure Specialist **Role Summary** Provide 2nd/3rd line support and maintain secure IT infrastructure for hybrid workspace environments. This includes managing systems, endpoints, access controls, and documentation while advising on technical best practices. **Expectations** Proven enterprise IT infrastructure support experience. Strong technical skills in Windows environments and Microsoft ecosystems. Proficiency in cloud/on-prem systems, backup/monitoring tools, and endpoint security. Must thrive in fast-paced support environments with shifting priorities. **Key Responsibilities** - Maintain and upgrade core IT infrastructure systems - Resolve technical incidents per SLA via ticketing systems - Administer Active Directory, user access, and permissions - Deploy endpoint security solutions across devices - Monitor infrastructure performance and implement proactive maintenance - Document processes, system changes, and technical SOPs - Collaborate on IT projects and mentor junior staff - Enable seamless IT service delivery for hybrid workforce **Required Skills** - Windows Server, Active Directory, Windows 11, Microsoft 365 - Backup solutions (Veeam, etc.), monitoring tools (SolarWinds, etc.), Exchange/SMTP - Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and on-prem infrastructure management - Service desk experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira) - Security compliance knowledge and troubleshooting methodologies **Required Education & Certifications** N/A
