**Job Title**
Systems and Network Administrator (F/M)
**Role Summary**
Ensure operational readiness of the full IT infrastructure, provide end‑user support across multiple offices, administer and secure Windows and Azure environments, and contribute to the organization’s cybersecurity maturity.
**Expectations**
- Manage a mixed Windows 11/Windows Server environment and associated cloud services (Office 365, Azure, Dropbox).
- Maintain inventory, documentation, and lifecycle processes for hardware and software assets.
- Deliver responsive technical support for hardware, software, network, and telephony issues.
- Participate actively in security policy development and implementation, including backups, incident response, and access controls.
- Promote and teach secure practices to users.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Process and resolve support tickets for devices, applications, and network issues.
- Create and update technical manuals, configuration procedures, and user guides.
- Install, configure, and maintain PCs, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Monitor and upgrade hardware inventories; plan procurement and retirements.
- Deploy and manage Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and Windows 11.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT supplies and services.
- Administer Windows Server, GPO, LDAP, and Azure AD; ensure server health and performance.
- Manage database servers, perform backups, and oversee data archiving processes.
- Maintain and update business applications (Bimoffice, Revit, Pléiades, etc.).
- Enforce network security standards, conduct vulnerability assessments, apply patches, and maintain logs.
- Support and enhance cybersecurity capabilities under guidance of the Cybersecurity Reference.
- Conduct user training and awareness sessions on security and software usage.
**Required Skills**
- Proficient in Windows 11, Windows Server (Active Directory, GPO), Microsoft 365, and Azure.
- Experience with ticketing/self‑service platforms and IT asset management.
- Strong technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networking.
- Knowledge of backup strategies, data protection, and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with security principles (CIS Benchmarks, SIEM, incident response).
- Ability to develop and write scripts (PowerShell preferred; Python/Javascript a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, customer‑service orientation, and teamwork.
- Self‑directed, adaptable, and proactive in managing multiple priorities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred (MCSA/MCSA: Windows Server, MS-100, MS-101).
- Azure certification (AZ-900, AZ-104) and basic security certification (Security+, CISSP entry level) desirable.
- Prior experience in a similar system/network administration role (2 + years) required.
