Job title: IT Project Manager
Role Summary: Executing and closing technical IT projects, coordinating testing, vendor management, and transition to business-as-usual. May support non‑technical projects when resources allow.
Expectations: Deliver projects on‑time, within budget and quality standards; manage stakeholder expectations; produce comprehensive project documentation; lead cross‑functional teams; supervise external suppliers; provide business analysis on large projects; mentor IT staff on project practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define scope, objectives, budgets, and resource plans for a portfolio of IT initiatives.
- Drive project phases from initiation through delivery and handover to business operations.
- Lead requirement workshops, business analysis, and change communication plans.
- Coordinate development, testing (UAT, live roll‑out), and post‑implementation support.
- Manage third‑party vendors: solution sourcing, contract negotiation, performance monitoring.
- Maintain project documentation: plans, risk registers, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
- Conduct project meetings, progress reviews, and corrective actions.
- Mentor and coach project team members; maintain training and skill transfer.
- Evaluate operational impacts, recommend process simplifications, and champion continuous improvement.

- Agile/Lean/DevOps practice certification preferred (e.g., CSM, PMI‑ACP).
