Job title: Delivery Manager – E-commerce (M/F)
Role Summary:
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of e‑commerce projects, ensuring client satisfaction, on‑time delivery, and quality compliance. Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage project budgets, schedules, and risks, and serve as the primary client interface.
Expectations:
- Deliver e‑commerce solutions that meet client business objectives within agreed scope and timelines.
- Maintain high client satisfaction and contribute to new business opportunities.
- Uphold project governance, reporting, and continuous improvement practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, scope, estimate, and prioritize project activities, allocate resources, and develop detailed schedules.
- Design and lead project kick‑off workshops, challenge specifications, and validate requirements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; resolve production crises.
- Organize functional and user acceptance testing (recette) and ensure successful go‑live.
- Conduct regular steering and steering‑committee meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor project technical (CPT, CPO) and functional (BA) teams, fostering motivation and skill development.
- Track KPIs (planning, budget, quality), analyze performance, and implement corrective actions.
- Report progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and client executives.
- Partner with Senior Business Managers to identify client needs and propose tailored e‑commerce solutions.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years in e‑commerce project delivery or similar senior project management role.
- Proven capability to lead multidisciplinary project teams to successful outcomes.
- Deep understanding of e‑commerce business models, platforms, and technology ecosystems.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
- Expertise in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree +5 years of professional experience *or* Master’s (Bac+5) from an engineering, business, or IT university program.
- Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master) are a plus.
