Job title: Social Dialogue Manager (F/M) Role Summary Manage the material organization, documentation, and follow‑up of the specialized training for the Judicial Services Administration Social Committee and related working groups. Act as the primary liaison between social and labor relations, ensuring accurate records, timely renewals of union designations, and the delivery of reports, notes, and surveys on social dialogue, workplace safety, hygiene, and risk prevention. Expectations * Demonstrated rigor, adaptability, and forward‑planning in a public‑sector environment. * Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional discretion and diplomacy. * Proactive problem‑solving and responsiveness to stakeholders. * Genuine interest in the justice sector and commitment to public service values. Key Responsibilities * Organize and coordinate training sessions, meetings, and follow‑on working groups for the Social Committee. * Prepare agendas, documentation, and minutes; update engagement tracking tables. * Manage the renewal process for union designations. * Maintain the social calendar in collaboration with the status and social relations office. * Draft reports, notes, surveys, and risk‑prevention documents on social dialogue and workplace conditions. * Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from office‑related investigations. * Produce monthly synthesis reports (e.g., Pros Consulte). * Assemble file folders, digitize documents, and update shared office networks. * Archive and manage document retention in compliance with statutory requirements. Required Skills * Knowledge of French public‑sector social dialogue regulations and related tools. * Experience in meeting coordination, minutes drafting, and agenda management. * Competence in data consolidation, reporting, and document management systems. * Excellent written and oral communication; ability to translate complex information into clear briefs. * Discretion, diplomacy, and responsiveness to diverse stakeholders. Required Education & Certifications * Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or higher in Human Resources, Labor Law, or a related social‑law discipline. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in social dialogue or labor relations within the public sector. * No specific certifications required, but familiarity with public‑sector union procedures is an asset.
