**Job Title:** Product Manager, Business AI
**Role Summary:**
Lead the strategy, development, and market expansion of AI-powered advertising solutions for B2B customers across Meta platforms (WhatsApp, Messenger, Facebook/Instagram ads) and third‑party sites. Drive product adoption, integration, and revenue growth while collaborating with engineering, design, GTM, and legal teams.
**Expectations:**
- Grow the advertiser base and usage of Business AI products, achieving defined adoption and revenue targets.
- Deliver a seamless, integrated experience that empowers advertisers to discover, experiment, and measure AI solutions.
- Communicate product value clearly to internal teams and external customers, enabling successful sales and marketing execution.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and post‑launch optimization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Own the product roadmap for Business AI, incorporating data, research, and market analysis.
2. Champion new discovery and experimentation pathways for advertisers, reducing friction in adoption.
3. Drive product integration across Meta ecosystems to create a unified, simple advertiser experience.
4. Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, design, legal, GTM) to define requirements, prioritize features, and meet milestones.
5. Define, track, and analyze key metrics that indicate product success and inform future iterations.
6. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to align GTM strategies, sales enablement materials, and campaign messaging.
7. Present product vision, performance, and strategic plans to executive stakeholders.
8. Navigate ambiguous environments, making data‑driven decisions and adapting priorities as needed.
**Required Skills:**
- 10+ years of B2B product management with a focus on monetization, pricing, or billing.
- Proven track record launching products from concept to market (0‑to‑1).
- Strong collaboration experience with engineering, design, research, sales, and marketing teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience defining and evaluating product metrics.
- Customer‑centric approach and ability to translate feedback into product requirements.
- Executive presentation and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.
- Familiarity with GTM execution and sales enablement.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in STEM, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, or Applied Sciences.
- No mandatory certifications required.
