Job Description
Job Title: Internship – Public Affairs, Energy Sector Role Summary: Assist the Communication & Public Affairs department in monitoring institutional developments, analysing legislative proposals, and producing communication tools (position notes, stakeholder maps, presentations) that support the group’s public affairs strategy in renewable energy, electricity & gas supply, electric mobility, and network management. Expectations: - Current or recent Master’s (M1/M2) student or graduate in Public Law, Energy Law, Economics, Institutional Relations or similar. - Strong written communication skills in French (English preferred). - Knowledge of parliamentary procedures and the functioning of public institutions. - Ability to meet deadlines, work autonomously, and collaborate within a small team. - General awareness of the energy sector is an advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct institutional intelligence on energy policy issues relevant to the business. - Monitor and evaluate legislative and regulatory projects affecting the company’s operations. - Draft talking points, position notes, stakeholder maps, presentations, and other public‑affairs materials. - Maintain and update the institutional database. - Contribute to the execution of the public‑affairs strategy. Required Skills: - Excellent French writing and editing. - Analytical skills to assess legal texts and their implications. - Proactive, self‑motivated, deadline‑oriented. - Team‑player with initiative. - Proficiency in creating clear visuals and maps for stakeholder analysis. Required Education & Certifications: - Master’s level (M1/M2) in Public Law, Energy Law, Economics, Institutional Relations or related field. - No additional certifications required.
