Job title: AI Solutions, Client Delivery & Customer Success Associate Role Summary: Own end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑powered solutions for fintech clients, ensuring successful adoption and measurable business impact through discovery, design, implementation, and ongoing support. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality AI solutions that meet client objectives, drive adoption and ROI, collaborate cross‑functionally, and provide actionable feedback to improve product and delivery processes. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and map workflows. • Design and propose AI‑enabled solutions aligned with client goals. • Develop detailed delivery plans, timelines, and success metrics. • Coordinate with product, design, engineering, and support teams to execute solutions. • Provide technical or process troubleshooting, learning, and improvement. • Monitor adoption and success, gathering data to demonstrate measurable value. • Gather client insights and feed back into product and delivery enhancements. Required Skills: • Strong customer‑success orientation with ability to translate client needs into technical solutions. • Experience in solutions design, implementation, or project delivery (customer success, implementation, fintech, or similar). • Comfortable working across product, design, engineering, and support functions. • Analytical mindset for measuring adoption and impact. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. • Ability to handle ambiguity, work cross‑functionally, and drive tasks to completion. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Relevant certifications (e.g., CSPO, PMP, or AI/ML foundational courses) preferred but not mandatory.
