**Job Title** Pharmaceutical Communication Project Manager (M/F) **Role Summary** Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of multichannel digital engagement campaigns for pharmaceutical clients. Coordinate cross‑functional internal teams, maintain client relationships, ensure project deadlines and quality standards, and provide commercial support throughout the project lifecycle. **Expectations** - Deliver campaigns on time, within budget, and to agreed quality and impact metrics. - Foster strong client satisfaction and uphold professional standards of communication. - Demonstrate independent ownership of projects while collaborating with the sales, creative, and production teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Gather campaign assets (email, banner, e‑learning, digital offers) from pharma laboratories and health product clients. - Brief studio, copywriters, and other internal specialists; review and approve content drafts. - Ensure adherence to project timelines; coordinate internal workflows; obtain client approvals (BAT). - Upload finalized assets to back‑office or distribution platforms and perform final pre‑launch checks. - Monitor campaign performance; analyse data; produce statistical reports for clients. - Liaise with the commercial team to track project approvals, negotiate terms, and close deals. - Prepare proposals and quotes for new or expanded projects. - Maintain client database (Salesforce) and update contact information. - Engage suppliers (printing, routing) to schedule delivery and negotiate pricing and lead times. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and the graphic workflow (design, layout, production). - Strong project management ability, including scheduling, coordination, and risk mitigation. - Competence with standard productivity suites (Word, Excel, Google Drive, Trello). - Basic HTML knowledge for email template editing. - Excellent written French (orthography, style, copy editing). - Attention to detail, deadline‑driven, and results‑focused. - Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate supplier terms. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree +5 years (Bac+5/ Master) in Pharmacy, Biology, or a related scientific field, **or** - Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication (Business school, 2nd year) with prior experience in a pharma agency or laboratory. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable communication/project‑management role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector (internships included).
