Demand Generation Marketing Executive
Role Summary:
Senior B2B marketer responsible for ideating, planning, and executing the demand‑generation engine for a B2B software platform. Works closely with Sales and Marketing teams, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, to deliver qualified leads and drive pipeline growth through data‑driven, multi‑channel campaigns.
Expectations:
* Minimum 3 years of proven B2B demand or lead‑generation experience in a tech/SAAS environment.
* Demonstrated ability to balance creative development with quantitative analysis and optimisation.
* Proactive, self‑motivated, and willing to assume increasing responsibilities and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, own, and evolve the demand‑generation strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
* Leverage market research, segmentation, and data insights to design hyper‑targeted outbound campaigns.
* Monitor, report, and optimise key demand metrics; drive ROI improvements across all activation activities.
* Maintain a robust qualified lead pipeline that feeds the new‑business sales funnel.
* Identify, pursue, and nurture high‑potential prospects through the early pipeline stages.
* Align messaging, content, and campaigns with brand guidelines and customer personas.
* Create, manage, and/or commission compelling campaign content for digital and traditional channels.
* Own lead‑generation performance at trade events, conferences, webinars, and other offline initiatives.
* Manage and enhance digital marketing channels (website, social media, paid, and organic search) to maximise lead capture.
* Administer the CRM system, implementing lead‑scoring, nurturing flows, and reporting automation.
* Collaborate with Sales to refine hand‑off processes and contribute to sales‑system optimisation.
Required Skills:
* B2B demand or lead‑generation expertise (minimum 3 years).
* Digital native proficiency in upper‑funnel tactics including paid media, content marketing, and SEO/SEM.
* Strong data and analytics mindset; comfortable setting targets, measuring outcomes, and iterating.
* Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of translating complex technical topics into compelling marketing copy.
* Highly organised, disciplined, and able to balance short‑ and long‑term planning with tactical agility.
* CRM expertise (HubSpot experience preferred; other platforms acceptable).
* Comfortable managing external vendors and internal resources for campaign execution.
Required Education & Certifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
* Relevant digital marketing or demand‑generation certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads, Content Marketing) are advantageous but not mandatory.
