**Role Summary:**
A structured, paid internship program offering 4‑week to 10‑month placements across a wide range of IT and software development functions within Chinese multinational corporations, Fortune 500 firms, and start‑ups. Participants work on real‑world projects, receive one‑to‑one mentoring, and gain exposure to Chinese business culture while using English as the primary working language.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in project‑specific tasks such as requirement gathering, code development, testing, and documentation.
- Perform data collection, cleaning, and basic analysis or database administration duties.
