Job title: Senior Python Developer (Full‑Stack)
Role Summary: Lead design, development, and deployment of a high‑availability healthcare platform using Python back‑end and TypeScript front‑end, working closely with founders to deliver features from concept through production.
Expactations: • Deliver end‑to‑end production‑ready web applications.
• Own complete feature lifecycle: architecture, coding, testing, CI/CD, and deployment.
• Maintain security, compliance, and data integrity in the healthcare domain.
• Prototype and iterate rapidly in a startup environment with high autonomy.
Key Responsibilities: • Architect scalable, cloud‑native infrastructure (AWS/GCP) for web services.
• Implement back‑end APIs in FastAPI, Django, or Flask; front‑end UI with React, Next.js, or Vue using TypeScript.
• Design, query, and maintain databases (PostgreSQL, NoSQL) and manage data pipelines.
• Configure Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and release.
• Partner with product and design teams to translate validated roadmaps into functional features.
• Troubleshoot performance, reliability, and security issues in production.
Required Skills: • 4+ years of full‑stack web development experience.
• Deep expertise in Python and modern web frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask).
• Proficiency in TypeScript and modern front‑end libraries (React, Next.js, Vue).
• Cloud‑native deployment on AWS, GCP, or Azure, including serverless concepts.
• Containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipeline setup.
• Strong SQL (PostgreSQL) and experience with NoSQL databases.
• Experience with data security, HIPAA/FERPA compliance, and secure coding practices.
• Ability to produce clean, maintainable, test‑driven code in a fast‑moving environment.
Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (equivalent professional experience acceptable).
• Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS Certified Developer, GCP Professional Cloud Developer, or similar) highly preferred.
