Focus on optimizing reuse potential of construction waste and sediments into high-value recycled materials. **Expectations**: Candidate with 2–5 years of sales or business development experience in civil engineering, environment, or quarry industries. Solid understanding of material reuse techniques, technical specifications for TP (civil works) materials, and waste management practices. **Key Responsibilities**: - Prepare competitive bids for processing construction/civil engineering waste (soil, mud, sediments, concrete). - Develop offers for recycling eco-materials (gravel, sand, crushed stone, topsoil). - Prospect new clients, retain existing accounts, and manage entire sales pipeline from client meetings to logistics coordination. - Maintain technical and commercial expertise to advise clients on recycling solutions. **Required Skills**: Sales strategy, client relationship management, technical negotiation, project logistics coordination. Proficiency in civil works terminology, waste classification, and recycling technologies. Strong organizational and cross-sector adaptability. **Required Education & Certifications**: Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in Sales, Environmental Science, or Civil Engineering/BTP (Buildings and Public Works).
