**Job Title**
Senior Delivery Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex technological initiatives, combining project and programme management skills with expertise in SaaS, Agile, and Waterfall delivery methods. Ensure high‑quality, timely, and cost‑effective outcomes while managing scope, risks, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams.
**Expectations**
- Deliver portfolio‑aligned technology programmes on schedule, within budget, and to defined quality standards.
- Provide transparent visibility and governance to senior stakeholders, driving informed decision‑making.
- Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement across Agile squads and Waterfall workstreams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Planning & Roadmaps** – Create integrated delivery plans, quarterly/annual roadmaps, and dependency maps for all programmes.
- **Governance & Reporting** – Maintain dashboards, comply with policies, and present delivery health to steering committees and executives.
- **Stakeholder Engagement** – Map and manage stakeholder influence, mediate conflicts, and provide executive‑level communication.
- **Delivery Leadership** – Own end‑to‑end delivery of SaaS platforms and common components using Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), Waterfall, or hybrid approaches; set ceremonies, stage gates, and governance rhythms.
- **Tools & Playbooks** – Champion disciplined use of Jira, Confluence, and develop playbooks for dependency, risk, integration, and cut‑over management.
**Required Skills**
- Project & programme management (PMBOK, Prince2).
- Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Waterfall expertise.
- SaaS platform delivery experience.
- Stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and executive communication.
- Risk & dependency management.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (Jira, Confluence).
- Leadership of cross‑functional teams and remote/work‑from‑anywhere environments.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certifications: PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Agilist (recommended).
