Job Title: DevOps Engineer SRE (F/H)
Role Summary: Engineer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for R&D teams delivering web, application, and embedded solutions. Focus on automation, observability, cost optimization, and DevSecOps adoption across hybrid and cloud environments.
Expectations: Deliver reliable, high‑performance platform support for internal and client applications. Drive continuous improvement of infrastructure, processes, and security. Collaborate closely with R&D leads to align technical strategies with product roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and evolve platform tooling in partnership with R&D leadership.
- Automate multi‑cloud, on‑premise, and hybrid environments using IaC.
- Design and manage end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Nexus).
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Enforce security controls (IAM, encryption, RGPD, ISO 27001) and promote security best practices.
- Conduct finops and performance tuning to optimize infrastructure cost and efficiency.
- Guide teams in adopting DevSecOps practices and emerging technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to cross‑functional engineering groups.
Required Skills:
- Virtualization & container platforms: VMware, Proxmox, Hyper‑V, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.
- CI/CD & automation tools: Git, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Nexus, Ansible, Terraform, Helm.
- Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack.
- Network & security fundamentals: IAM, encryption, compliance (RGPD, ISO 27001).
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid deployments.
- Strong scripting and programming mindset (Bash, Python); familiarity with Java, C/C++, TypeScript, or databases is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and collaboration skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Professional certifications in DevOps, Cloud, or Security (e.g., AWS/Azure certifications, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, Red Hat Certified Engineer) are advantageous but not mandatory.
