Job Title: Programme Manager – AI Rollout – Contract Role Role Summary: Own end‑to‑end delivery of a strategic AI programme for a life‑science client, translating complex AI concepts into executable plans, establishing governance, and steering cross‑functional teams to meet deliverables and KPIs. Expectations: Deliver a 6‑month programme with scope to extend; work hybrid in London; self‑directed consultant with strong stakeholder management and proven AI and programme delivery experience. Key Responsibilities: • Translate AI and technical concepts into clear, actionable delivery plans for executive sponsors and senior stakeholders. • Establish and maintain governance frameworks, reporting structures, and delivery standards across programme domains. • Oversee programme reporting, communications, risk management, and value capture to ensure stakeholder visibility and alignment. • Lead cross‑functional teams, ensuring deliverables meet scope, schedule, and quality objectives. • Drive continuous improvement of programme processes and tools. Required Skills: • Proven experience orchestrating AI programmes or projects (especially GenAI and data‑driven initiatives). • Significant large programme delivery experience, ideally full‑time within a consultancy. • Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills. • Expertise in programme governance, reporting, risk management, and value delivery. • Self‑direction, initiative, and ability to work independently in a contract environment. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. • Relevant programme management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) highly preferred. • Knowledge/experience in pharma or life‑science industry is a plus.

Job Title: Transformation Consultant (Healthcare) – Contract Role Summary: Provide end‑to‑end support for healthcare transformation projects, applying digital strategy, PMO governance, technology implementation, and change management to improve service quality, cost efficiency, and patient experience. Expectations: * Deliver within 3–6 month engagement, hybrid working with up to 2 on‑site days in the UK. * Act independently, demonstrating ownership and accountability. * Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: * Design and refine digital strategies aligned with client objectives. * Lead PMO activities: programme planning, risk management, progress reporting, and resource coordination. * Oversee technology implementation, ensuring fit‑for‑purpose solutions and data integration. * Manage change initiatives, including stakeholder communication, training, and adoption monitoring. * Identify operational gaps and propose improvement pilots to enhance efficiency. * Prepare deliverables: status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
