**Job Title:** Hydraulic & Complex Structures Engineer **Role Summary:** Engineer responsible for producing technical studies, designs, and documentation for hydrological infrastructure (dams, locks, levees, port works) and complex civil structures. Works across the project life cycle—from preliminary analysis to construction support—ensuring technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. **Expectations:** - Deliver complete technical studies (APS/APD/PRO), including hydraulic, geotechnical, and structural analyses. - Ensure adherence to water law, safety regulations, and industry standards. - Act as the technical point of contact for project phases and on‑site execution. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct design and dimensioning for new or rehabilitated hydrotechnical works (hydraulics, geotechnics, reinforced concrete). - Perform hydraulic calculations, flow modelling, and justification of technical choices. - Compile reports, technical specifications, and CCTP documents; validate execution drawings. - Coordinate with internal experts (geotechnical, structural) and external stakeholders (architects, environmental consultants). - Provide technical support on site, resolving issues and validating solutions during construction. **Required Skills:** - Strong foundation in fluid mechanics, reinforced‑concrete design, and geotechnic application to retention structures. - Proficiency in hydraulic modelling software and BIM/CAD tools. - Analytical, methodical, and autonomous working style with team collaboration. - Excellent written communication for technical documentation. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s level (Bac+5) engineering degree in Civil Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Hydrological Structures, or Public Works. - Relevant professional certification preferred (e.g., Chartered Engineer, CESEE). ---
