**Job Title** Professional Services Engineer – Benelux (French Speaking) **Role Summary** Technical specialist responsible for designing, deploying, and consulting on Radware’s full solutions portfolio for customers in the Benelux region. Works remotely and on‑site to deliver detailed technical designs, implement solutions, and resolve issues while collaborating with pre‑sales, product, R&D, and support teams. **Expectations** - Minimum 3 years of networking/security integration experience. - Ability to travel locally and internationally for on‑site engagements. - Fluent written and spoken English and French. - Strong customer orientation and effective communication with both technical and business stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Coordinate solution design with Pre‑Sales Engineers and capture customer requirements. - Produce detailed technical documentation (Statement of Work, Low‑Level Design, Acceptance Test Plans). - Implement solutions on schedule, both on‑premises and remotely. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating to back‑office or R&D as needed. - Conduct technical workshops and consulting sessions for customers and partners. - Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and key customer personnel. **Required Skills** - L2/L3 switching & routing, L4/L7 load balancing. - Knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, SSL, IPSec. - Hands‑on experience with Cisco, Juniper, VMware, KVM. - Linux environment proficiency; scripting in Bash, Perl, or Python. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French. - Ability to work independently and as part of a global support ecosystem. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field **or** equivalent professional experience. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, JNCIA, VMware VCP, or security certifications) are preferred but not mandatory.

**Job Title** Sales Engineer – France **Role Summary** Lead technical pre‑sales activities for cybersecurity and application delivery solutions, driving revenue and shaping customer solutions. Partner with account managers to translate business needs into Radware product architectures, deliver demos and proofs of concept, and manage the full proposal lifecycle. **Expectations** - Minimum 5 years of security-focused pre‑sales or engineering experience; 3+ years as a Sales Engineer in a security vendor or reseller. - Strong technical and business acumen, fluent in French and English. **Key Responsibilities** - Collaborate with Sales Account Managers to develop account strategy and sales methodology. - Conduct technical discovery, design solution architectures and deliver presentations, demos, and POCs. - Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs with detailed technical documentation and proposals. - Handle technical objections, provide competitive differentiators, and close deals. - Partner with Marketing and internal teams to share solution updates and best‑practice content. - Track pre‑sales activity in CRM, generate business analysis and reporting. **Required Skills** - Network and application security expertise: routing, switching, TCP/IP, HTTP, load balancing, ADC, reverse proxy, CDN, caching, compression, firewalls, DDoS, WAF, API security, bot management. - Knowledge of public cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Familiarity with vendor products: Akamai CDN/DDoS/WAF, Cisco ASA/PIX, Citrix NetScaler, Checkpoint FW, Corero DDoS, F5 ADC/DDoS/WAF, Fortinet FW/DDoS, Imperva/Incapsula, Palo Alto, etc. - Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and customer‑service skills. - Independent, self‑motivated, and solution‑oriented. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, CCSP, CISSP, or vendor‑specific security qualifications) are a plus.
