Job Description
Job Title: RSE Project Coordinator Internship Role Summary: Intern will support the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program by coordinating committee activities, driving the implementation of concrete CSR actions, monitoring supplier questionnaires, and raising internal awareness. Expectations: • Manage and facilitate the CSR mission committee meetings. • Propose and promote actionable CSR initiatives aligned with company objectives. • Track supplier CSR questionnaires, assess performance with stakeholders, and recommend continuous improvement. • Educate and engage internal teams on CSR priorities. • Operate independently, exercise rigorous attention to detail, and deliver clear written communication. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the planning and execution of the CSR committee’s agenda and minutes. 2. Develop and pitch CSR projects for implementation across the organization. 3. Coordinate the collection, analysis, and reporting of supplier CSR questionnaire data. 4. Work with cross‑functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and align them with company CSR targets. 5. Create and distribute ESG awareness materials and conduct briefings for staff. 6. Maintain accurate records, dashboards, and documentation related to CSR activities. Required Skills: - Excellent writing and presentation skills. - Strong teamwork and coordination of cross‑functional initiatives. - Autonomy, high attention to detail, and self‑direction. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel). - Basic understanding of CSR frameworks and sustainability metrics. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum of a Bachelor’s level degree (Bac+4/5 equivalent) in Business, Management, Sustainability, or related field. - Prior internship or apprenticeship experience in CSR or related area preferred.

Job Title: AI Project Manager Internship (M/F) Role Summary: Intern responsible for managing internal AI initiatives from ideation through deployment and value assessment, ensuring alignment with data governance and regulatory standards. Expectations: - 4‑6 month internship. - Report to Deputy Managing Director. - Deliver end‑to‑end AI project outcomes and measurable impact. Key Responsibilities: - Collect and qualify AI needs from cross‑functional teams. - Formalise use cases and prioritise projects by impact, feasibility and operational value. - Design, execute, and evaluate Proof‑of‑Concepts (POCs) using generative AI, no‑code/low‑code, and automation solutions. - Coordinate deployment, create guides, processes, and usage rules. - Lead an internal AI ambassador network and develop training materials to promote adoption. - Define and monitor value metrics; analyse results and propose optimisation actions. - Track tool evolution, usage trends, and regulatory changes. - Ensure compliance with GDPR, HR data policies, security and ethical standards. Required Skills: - Prior internship or experience in digital/AI project management, consulting, product operations, business analysis, or data PMO. - Understanding of generative AI applications. - Proficiency with no‑code/low‑code platforms. - Strong awareness of data quality, privacy, and GDPR. - Analytical, synthesising, and technical writing capabilities. - Comfortable with project management methodologies and collaborative tools. - Curiosity for SaaS technologies and business transformation. - Initiative, rigor, and teamwork orientation. Required Education & Certifications: - Current or completed Master’s level (Bac +5) in Engineering, Data/AI, Digital Transformation, Information Systems, or Business School with a Data/AI focus.
