**Job Title**
AI & Digital Transformation Project Intern (F/M)
**Role Summary**
Student intern supporting the Methods & Transformation team in exploring, experimenting, and disseminating AI‑augmented services across consulting, project planning, support, and SaaS operations.
**Expectations**
- 6‑month internship, full‑time.
- Final year engineering, commerce, or master’s program in digital, information systems, innovation, or transformation.
- Curiosity for emerging technologies, especially generative AI and SaaS.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Market Watch & Benchmark** – Monitor industry trends, AI initiatives in consulting and SaaS.
2. **Use‑Case Identification** – Evaluate high‑impact use cases for project and support activities.
3. **AI Tool Experimentation** – Test generative AI (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Notion AI, etc.) on tasks such as drafting, analysis, testing, and documentation.
4. **Prototype Development** – Build simple prototypes to measure efficiency and quality gains.
5. **Knowledge Capitalization** – Aggregate learnings, formalize best practices, and document findings.
6. **Educational Content Creation** – Produce articles, guides, and presentations to spread AI culture among consultants.
7. **Cross‑Functional Interaction** – Collaborate with IT and R&D teams to share insights and foster knowledge exchange.
8. **Strategic Input** – Contribute to the 2026/27 “AI‑Enhanced Services” roadmap, prepare executive summaries and recommendations.
**Required Skills**
- Basic familiarity with AI tools or strong willingness to learn (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Notion AI, etc.).
- Analytical and synthesis ability; clear, concise writing.
- Understanding of generative‑AI concepts and business use cases.
- Comfortable with project‑management methods and collaborative tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro).
- Proactive mindset, rigorous work ethic, and teamwork orientation.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Final‑year student in engineering, business, or master's program (Digital Transformation, Information Systems, Innovation, etc.)
- No specific certifications required; related coursework or minor projects in AI, digital transformation, or project management preferred.
