Job Description
Job title: Regional Director – PACA (H/F/NB) Role Summary: Lead and execute Kiabi’s omnichannel growth strategy across the PACA region. Drive commercial performance, develop retail talent, and ensure operational excellence in a portfolio of 19 stores (15 company-operated, 4 affiliates). Expectations: * Deliver measurable revenue and profitability growth. * Strengthen market share and customer experience across all channels. * Foster a high‑performance culture of autonomy, accountability, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: * Define and implement regional sales, merchandising, and brand strategies. * Oversee omnichannel operations, ensuring seamless integration of in‑store and digital touchpoints. * Manage financial performance: budgeting, cost controls, and ROI optimisation. * Recruit, coach, and develop store managers and leaders, maintaining a focus on talent succession. * Lead transformation initiatives, driving change across retail processes and technology adoption. * Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and customer service. * Represent the region in corporate meetings, contributing to strategic decisions and reporting. Required Skills: * Proven leadership in retail management, ideally as a Regional Director. * Deep understanding of omnichannel retail dynamics and consumer trends. * Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales and margin growth. * Excellent communication, motivation, and stakeholder‑management abilities. * Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and decision‑making under pressure. * Comfortable with frequent travel within the region. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Business, Management, or related field. * Relevant retail or commercial management certifications preferred.
