Job Title: AI Platform Engineer Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance AI infrastructure that powers a proprietary context engineering platform. Build scalable pipelines, evaluation systems, voice AI, and payment integrations to support rapid product shipping. Expactations: - Deliver production‑grade ML and data systems at a fast pace - Own end‑to‑end feature development from concept to deployment - Collaborate closely with founding and forward‑deployed engineers - Iterate quickly, prioritize shipping over documentation Key Responsibilities: - Enhance the AI Grid platform with ETL pipelines and LLM orchestration - Build and maintain human‑annotated evaluation frameworks for SFT/RL fine‑tuning - Develop ML models for reasoning, load balancing, and market‑making engines - Architect data pipelines feeding vector databases, ML platforms, and analytics stacks - Implement MCP servers to connect agents to tools and persistent memory - Design voice AI systems for outbound, follow‑up, and customer service use cases - Integrate payment providers and financial systems into the platform - Ensure systems are robust, scalable, and meet real‑time processing requirements Required Skills: - Deep experience with distributed systems, AI agents, and modern data engineering - Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js and Python for production code - Proven track record building ML infrastructure, ETL/ELT pipelines, and orchestration frameworks (Temporal.io, Airflow, Astronomer) - Expertise with MCP protocols, vector databases, and retrieval‑augmented generation - Knowledge of voice AI architecture and real‑time processing - Familiarity with payment integrations and financial system APIs - Strong command of databases (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis Streams) and cloud data services (Databricks, etc.) - Ability to ship fast, iterate, and drive continuous improvement Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (advanced degrees preferred) - Certifications in distributed systems, cloud architecture, or ML engineering are a plus.
