**Job Title** Senior CRM Designer **Role Summary** Lead the creation and execution of visually compelling CRM assets across email, in‑app, rich push, web banners, landing pages, and direct mail. Translate strategic briefs into dynamic, brand‑aligned designs, driving customer engagement and loyalty for a major technology retailer. **Expectations** - Deliver pixel‑perfect, responsive assets that adhere to brand guidelines. - Innovate within CRM channels, employing personalization and data‑driven insights. - Collaborate closely with creative, CRM, development, and stakeholder teams. - Continuously improve creative performance through analysis and iteration. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and develop CRM assets for multiple channels. - Translate briefs into creative concepts, templates, and animations. - Build dynamic, modular assets using Movable Ink Studio or equivalent. - Apply responsive design best practices and conduct A/B testing. - Maintain and evolve brand systems and design playbooks. - Work independently while fostering cross‑functional collaboration. - Analyze campaign results and refine designs based on performance data. - Contribute to workflow efficiency and process improvements. **Required Skills** - 4–6+ years of hands‑on CRM design experience. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects). - Advanced skills in Figma for collaborative workflows. - Experience with Movable Ink Studio (or similar personalization platforms). - Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles. - Knowledge of UX/UI design principles. - Familiarity with A/B testing, optimization strategies, and performance analytics. - Strong communication, storytelling, and trend awareness. - Excellent attention to detail and time‑management in a fast‑paced environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communication, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - No mandatory certifications required, but proficiency in the listed tools and platforms is essential.
