Job Description: **Job Title:** Senior HR Business Partner **Role Summary** Strategic HR leader partnering with business units to drive HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Focus on policy implementation, employee engagement, and operational HR management within a global luxury fashion sector. **Expectations** Deliver proactive HR solutions to enhance policy compliance, resolve employment relationship (ER) issues, and improve employee satisfaction. Develop and enforce performance, learning, and development frameworks. Ensure retention strategies and succession planning support long-term business needs. **Key Responsibilities** - Advise leadership on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency. - Lead resolution of ER matters, including absence management, disciplinary processes, and grievances. - Identify HR process improvements and implement new procedures to strengthen HR function. - Design and deliver training programs for line managers on HR practices and performance management. - Monitor employee satisfaction, analyze data to identify improvement opportunities, and implement actions. - Oversee recruitment, retention, and talent development initiatives, including succession planning. - Partner with stakeholders to align HR strategies with business objectives and growth priorities. **Required Skills** HR policy expertise, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, data analysis, training design, performance management, and operational HR execution. **Required Education & Certifications** Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred. Minimum 5+ years of HR business partner experience in fast-paced environments.
