Job Description
**Job Title** Project Coordinator **Role Summary** Coordinate and manage multiple digital projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and quality standards. Serve as the primary liaison between cross‑functional teams and clients, maintaining clear communication, mitigating risks, and driving client satisfaction. **Expactations** - Lead several concurrent projects, maintaining oversight of deliverables and timelines. - Develop, track, and adjust project plans, budgets, and resources. - Communicate progress and solicit feedback from stakeholders and clients. - Identify and resolve project risks proactively. **Key Responsibilities** - Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and status reports. - Coordinate activities across design, development, marketing, and client‑facing teams. - Conduct regular project meetings and deliver status updates to stakeholders. - Monitor project progress, adjust plans, and ensure adherence to agreed milestones. - Collect and incorporate client feedback into project iterations. - Document processes, lessons learned, and project outcomes for continuous improvement. - Resolve issues and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. - Ensure documentation of project deliverables and compliance with quality standards. **Required Skills** - Proven Project Management experience in a digital agency or similar environment. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication; persuasive, clear dialogue. - Client‑relationship building and stakeholder management skills. - Proactive problem‑solving mindset. - Proficiency with project tools such as Slack, Trello, Google Sheets, and Jira. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field preferred. - Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an advantage.
