Job Title: Business Development Representative Role Summary: Generate and qualify leads within the UK market for a SaaS spend‑management platform, driving early‑stage pipeline development for account executives. Expectations: - Meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPI targets. - Adapt quickly to evolving priorities in a fast‑moving startup environment. - Act as a knowledgeable product ambassador, articulating value propositions clearly. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, product, and customer teams while maintaining autonomy. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outreach across phone, email, and live chat to identify and engage potential prospects. - Qualify leads according to predefined criteria and schedule introductory meetings for the AE team. - Maintain accurate activity logs and lead qualification data in the CRM. - Track and report on key metrics, adjusting tactics to meet targets. - Capture and relay prospect feedback to product and marketing teams to influence roadmap. - Represent the company’s brand and product USPs consistently to all stakeholders.
