**Job Title**
Consultant AMOA Systems / Information Audit
**Role Summary**
Perform a comprehensive audit of heterogeneous IT solutions within an association, design a unified Zoho CRM‑based system, and deliver a detailed project charter, budget estimate, and change‑management plan.
**Expectations**
- Deliver a full audit report, business‑process mapping, and need‑gap analysis.
- Produce a functional specification, cost‑estimate, and adoption roadmap.
- Work collaboratively across multiple association services, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct diagnostic: inventory current tools, map usage, identify inefficiencies and redundancies.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to capture business requirements and constraints.
- Analyse Zoho CRM configuration, assess missing features, explore integrations, and recommend complementary modules.
- Produce audit deliverables: diagnostic report, map of tools/processes, needs synthesis, gap analysis.
- Draft a future‑state charter, define evolution scenarios, and estimate budgets for licenses, integrations, and training.
- Propose a change‑management strategy covering training, communication, and user adoption.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years in AMOA, IT project management, or IT audit.
- Proven experience in business‑needs capturing, workshop facilitation, and functional specification writing.
- Hands‑on experience with CRM projects (Zoho CRM preferred; Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot acceptable).
- Knowledge of change‑management (user training, adoption, internal communication).
- Ability to work in a multi‑service, association environment: active listening, pedagogy, diplomacy.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Master’s or equivalent (Engineering school, Business school with SI specialization, or Master in Information Systems).
- Strong educational background in Information Systems or Management.
- Certifications are highly desirable: Prince2, PMP, Agile/Scrum, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ITIL, or COBIT.
