Maintain pipeline data, produce reports, and help shape business‑development strategy. **Expectations:** - Deliver accurate market and sector analysis to inform sales targeting. - Maintain a high‑quality, up‑to‑date pursuit pipeline in CRM. - Produce clear, audience‑specific reports and recommendations. - Meet deadlines while managing multiple research tasks. - Collaborate proactively with internal teams and operate independently when required. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct market and sector research focused on advisory and deals. - Analyse data from annual accounts, public sources, and industry thought leadership. - Recommend target market areas and develop strategies to win new projects. - Update and maintain pipeline information in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM). - Generate pipeline reports for national leadership and ad‑hoc analysis for teams. - Support creation of performance metrics and reporting to drive business‑development goals. **Required Skills:** - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. - Strong report‑writing ability, adapting content for varied audiences. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. - Strong time‑management, organisational, and prioritisation capabilities. - High attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high‑quality work. - Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. - Familiarity with Salesforce (desired) and basic understanding of corporate deals, restructuring, or financial markets (plus). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline. - No specific certifications required; relevant training provided on the job.
