**Job Title**
Engineering Lead
**Role Summary**
Lead the growth and development of a technology advisory and digital architecture practice, driving strategy, thought leadership, and client engagements in a consulting environment. Manage multidisciplinary teams, develop practice assets, and deliver end‑to‑end technology transformation solutions at the enterprise level.
**Expectations**
- Co‑lead practice expansion and service design.
- Provide technical vision and architectural expertise across projects.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships, driving new business and renewal opportunities.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants.
- Represent the practice at senior client and firm‑wide forums.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Co‑lead growth and development of the tech advisory and architecture practice.
2. Support senior leadership with thought‑ware, pipeline growth, relationship building, and talent management.
3. Deliver end‑to‑end technology consulting for clients, integrating architecture, data, AI, and analytics.
4. Collaborate with clients and service teams to define problem statements, map processes to technical solutions, and co‑sell practice offerings.
5. Co‑author whitepapers, points‑of‑view, and industry thought leadership with practice leaders.
6. Design and evolve practice services, incorporating competitive insights and market demands.
7. Build and manage client relationships, identify and pursue new leads, create proposals, and facilitate presentations.
8. Monitor lead progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
9. Lead cross‑functional teams, provide coaching, and foster an inclusive, innovative environment.
10. Mentor junior consultants and support their professional development.
11. Travel as required to meet client and practice needs.
**Required Skills**
- 8–10+ years in technology or architecture consulting.
- Deep experience in architecture, software engineering, data, and analytics.
- Proven leadership of engineering and development teams.
- Project management experience covering SDLC, agile methods, product management, and PMO tools.
- Ability to design enterprise and conceptual architectures for large‑scale transformations.
- Experience managing technology‑heavy transformation programs.
- Understanding of data, AI, analytics, product, application stack, and operating model integration.
- Familiarity with platform and infrastructure roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and business development skills.
- Ability to mentor and coach team members.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM (computer science, engineering, mathematics, etc.) or equivalent.
- Master’s degree in a niche technology stream (data, AI, digital, etc.) preferred.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe may be advantageous.
