Job Description

Job title: Senior UX/UI Architect / Product Designer Role Summary Lead end‑to‑end UX/UI design for large‑scale financial services platforms, translating business and backend constraints into scalable, compliant user experiences. Focus on information architecture, enterprise interface design, and design system integration. Expectations * Deliver sophisticated, data‑intensive UI solutions that meet regulatory standards and user expectations. * Communicate design rationale to non‑design stakeholders and ensure feasibility with engineering. * Operate autonomously in a contract/consultancy setting. Key Responsibilities * Define and optimize complex information architecture and user flows for enterprise applications. * Own the full design lifecycle: research, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI using Figma. * Design and iterate dashboards, reporting tools, and trading interfaces for the financial sector. * Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and analysts to align requirements and assess technical feasibility. * Plan and conduct usability testing, incorporate feedback, and iterate designs. * Contribute to and enforce enterprise design system standards. Required Skills * Proven experience designing UX/UI for large‑scale enterprise/financial platforms. * Expertise in information architecture for high‑volume data systems. * Expert proficiency in Figma (or equivalent). * Understanding of backend delivery impacts and ability to liaise with engineering. * Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain design rationale to diverse stakeholders. * Prior success in senior contract/consultancy roles. Required Education & Certifications * Degree in Interaction Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience. * Portfolio demonstrating complex enterprise solutions, strategic IA, and high‑fidelity UI design.
