Job Description: **Job Title:** Senior Software Engineer (Internal Tools) **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and maintain Fadmin, an internal admin platform built with React‑Admin, Prisma, and Material UI. Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver high‑quality, efficient internal workflows that support creator, content, payment, and support operations. **Expactations:** - Deliver clean, maintainable code on schedule. - Communicate effectively across cross‑functional teams. - Proactively identify and resolve performance or usability issues. - Contribute to documentation and internal best‑practice standards. - Adapt quickly in a fast‑moving startup environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and evolve CRUD interfaces and custom views using React‑Admin. - Implement database queries and mutations with Prisma ORM (PostgreSQL). - Apply Material UI for consistent styling and responsive layouts. - Migrate legacy business logic and queries from Retool to the new React‑Admin solution. - Optimize application performance and user experience for diverse internal users. - Integrate authentication/authorization (role‑based access). - Write and maintain internal documentation and support developer tooling improvements. **Required Skills:** - Proficient in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript. - Experience with React‑Admin and Material UI (MUI). - Strong knowledge of Prisma ORM and relational databases (PostgreSQL). - Ability to refactor legacy code and migrate existing queries. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Familiarity with internal tool development and business‑focused UIs. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - No specific certifications required; demonstrated expertise with the above technologies is essential.
