**Job Title:** Solutions Engineer
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and support full‑stack applications and smart contracts on the Sui blockchain. Act as a technical ambassador to partners, developers, and internal teams, providing tools, reference implementations, and educational resources that accelerate Sui adoption.
**Expectations:**
Deliver production‑ready code, collaborate cross‑functionally, and empower developers through mentorship, demos, and documentation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build and maintain scalable full‑stack apps using Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, SQL, and Redis.
- Design, implement, and audit Move smart contracts for real‑world use cases.
- Create technical demos, internal tools, and reference applications that showcase Sui and Move capabilities.
- Collaborate with developer education teams to produce workshops, live coding sessions, and written content.
- Provide technical guidance to developers integrating Sui into their projects.
- Debug, profile, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Proficiency in SQL databases and Redis.
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS for responsive UI development.
- Prior exposure to blockchain or smart‑contract development (any chain).
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a collaborative mindset.
- Experience troubleshooting and performance tuning of full‑stack systems.
**Preferred Skills:**
- Technical teaching or mentorship experience (workshops, bootcamps, guides).
- Comfortable presenting to developer audiences and writing educational material.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- No mandatory certifications, but familiarity with blockchain security best practices is a plus.
