Job title: Customer Care Officer Role Summary: Provide post-construction customer support for newly built homes over a 1‑2 year period on a 7‑month fixed‑term contract. Deliver consistent, efficient, and personal service by informing homeowners about outstanding works, resolving complaints, and coordinating defect resolution with developers. Expectations: - 7‑month contract with potential extensions. - Travel between office locations required; must hold a valid driving licence and own vehicle. - Adhere to service quality standards and maintain accurate customer records. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate regularly with homeowners regarding status of outstanding works and timelines. - Receive, log, and follow up on customer complaints; ensure prompt escalation and resolution. - Identify property defects and allocate them to the correct developer for action. - Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer service records and documentation. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions. - Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Required Skills: - Strong customer service and communication skills. - Effective stakeholder management and coordination. - Problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities. - Attention to detail and high organisational skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
