Job Description

**Job Title** Senior Web Application Project Manager (F/M) **Role Summary** Lead and coordinate the development and deployment of an open‑source web application suite for managing outdoor trails and activities. Drive project delivery, client engagement, and commercial growth while ensuring technical and functional alignment between clients and engineering teams. **Expectations** * Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget. * Maintain high client satisfaction and retention. * Demonstrate commercial acumen, including pre‑sales and public tender participation. * Quickly master the product to provide expert client consulting. * Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Project Management** - Identify and translate client technico‑functional requirements. - Formalise, plan, schedule, and monitor all project phases. - Lead, coach, and coordinate project teams. - Facilitate meetings, rituals, and communication flows. - Manage client commitments and ensure satisfaction. 2. **Commercial & Win‑back** - Participate in pre‑sales, proposal writing, and tender responses. - Present the software suite to prospects and at industry events. - Grow and nurture existing client relationships. 3. **Product Proficiency** - Rapidly acquire deep functional knowledge of the application suite. - Act as a subject‑matter expert and adviser to clients. **Required Skills** * Minimum 3 years of experience managing complex, technical web projects. * Strong grasp of web development concepts and application functionality. * Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination. * Proven ability to gather and articulate customer needs. * Commercial mindset with experience in public‑sector tenders. * Team orientation, curiosity, and strong interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project). * Comfortable with Agile/Scrum methodologies. **Required Education & Certifications** * No mandatory degree specified; demonstrable competency and passion are prioritized. * Certifications in project management (PMP, Prince2, ScrumMaster) or web development are advantageous but not required.
