**Job Title:** Sales Manager (m/f) **Role Summary:** Lead and coach a team of 8 sales professionals to achieve set commercial targets within a family‑owned, fast‑growing recycling company. Drive the implementation of the sales strategy, manage key accounts, and ensure high customer satisfaction while contributing to the circular economy. **Expectations:** - 3–5 years of proven experience in a similar sales leadership role. - Demonstrated ability to motivate, develop, and manage a sales team. - Strong relationship‑building, negotiation, and commercial closing skills. - Results‑oriented mindset with solid analytical and reporting capabilities. - Commitment to collaborative work culture and inclusion initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deploy and execute the company’s commercial strategy; prospect new clients and negotiate with key accounts. - Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers; handle complaints and ensure satisfaction. - Set team objectives, monitor performance, conduct coaching sessions, and facilitate communication with senior management. - Track sales KPIs, analyze team performance via CRM, and recommend corrective actions to improve results. - Prepare regular sales reports and present insights to leadership. **Required Skills:** - Sales strategy development and execution. - Account management and client relationship maintenance. - Team leadership, coaching, and performance management. - Strong negotiation and closing techniques. - Proficiency with CRM systems and data‑driven reporting. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Fluency in French and English (written and spoken). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). - No specific certifications required; sales or management training is a plus.
