Job Description
**Job Title:** Senior Marketing Executive – Demand Generation **Role Summary:** Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi‑channel demand generation programs to increase brand awareness, engage target audiences, and deliver qualified leads for UK and international markets. Own end‑to‑end campaign lifecycle, performance analysis, and cross‑functional alignment with sales and content teams. **Expectations:** - Meet or exceed lead‑generation and pipeline growth targets. - Maintain data‑driven decision making through continuous performance monitoring. - Ensure seamless lead handover to sales and alignment with overall marketing objectives. - Drive innovation by testing new platforms, tools, and tactics. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and launch inbound campaigns across SEO, paid search, social, retargeting, email, and HubSpot nurture journeys. - Create and optimise marketing assets (blogs, guides, webinars, videos, WordPress landing pages, email templates). - Track, analyse, and report on campaign metrics, ROI, and pipeline impact; provide actionable insights. - Collaborate with sales and content teams to develop aligned messaging and assets. - Manage HubSpot (or equivalent) marketing automation, segmentation, and lead scoring. - Conduct A/B testing and experiment with emerging channels to accelerate demand. **Required Skills:** - 3+ years demand generation or performance‑marketing experience (B2B/education preferred). - Proficiency in HubSpot (or similar) marketing automation, SEO/SEM, and paid media management. - Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and produce clear reports. - Excellent written communication and copywriting ability. - Experience managing multi‑regional campaigns (UK & international). - Collaborative mindset and effective stakeholder communication. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (CIM qualification desirable). - Relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, Google Ads, SEO) are a plus.
