**Job Title:** Product Owner Supply Chain – Luxe Retail
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design, implementation and end‑to‑end management of supply‑chain IT solutions (ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS) for an international luxury‑retail customer base. Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors and integrators to deliver high‑quality, on‑budget, on‑time solutions that enhance process performance and omnichannel integration.

- Deliver end‑to‑end projects with clear scope, budget, and schedule.
- Maintain a strong client orientation, ensuring that deliverables meet business needs and uncover commercial opportunities.
- Communicate effectively across cultures and remote teams.
- Demonstrate autonomy, rigor, proactivity, decisive leadership and a continuous improvement mindset.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyse business requirements and map them to functional and technical specifications.
- Draft requirements documents, functional specifications, and system design documents.
- Lead workshops, gather user needs, and produce actionable outcomes.
- Plan and forecast resources (human, technical, financial) needed for project delivery.
- Coordinate multi‑disciplinary project teams, manage risks, and resolve issues.
- Oversee project lifecycle: planning, budget, reporting, and quality assurance.
- Drive change management initiatives: documentation, training facilitation, and adoption support.
- Identify commercial insights and propose value‑adding process improvements.
**Required Skills:**
- Proficiency with supply‑chain systems (ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS) and SI integration concepts.
- Agile & Lean methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, design thinking.
- Complex project management: scheduling, risk, cost and scope control.
- Change management, stakeholder engagement, and training delivery.
- Process audit, gap analysis, and value‑creation recommendation.
- Strong leadership, concise communication, and stakeholder influence.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Computer Science (or equivalent) with an IT/Information Systems focus.
- Professional certifications in Agile (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) or project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are a plus.
