Job Title: Industrial Automation & Industrial IT Project Manager (F/M)
Role Summary: Lead the planning, technical execution, and commercial management of industrial automation projects for energy, process, and manufacturing sectors. Ensure on‑time delivery, budget control, and contract compliance while coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Expections:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial engineering projects involving electrotechnics, automation, and industrial IT.
- Proven success in managing multi‑disciplinary project teams and stakeholders.
- Strong technical knowledge of Siemens and/or Schneider automation systems and industrial supervisory control.
- Proficiency in project costing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client‑facing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in project quotation and cost estimation.
- Define, schedule, and mobilize resources (human, technical, financial).
- Lead, organize, and animate project activities and team members, including subcontractors.
- Procure materials and manage supply chain for project deliverables.
- Administer contractual relations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor schedule, budget, and quality performance; report deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain occupational health and safety standards and uphold quality objectives.
Required Skills:
- Technical: Siemens PLCs, Schneider PLCs, industrial supervisory systems (SCADA/HMI), basic industrial IT (databases, virtualization).
- Project Management: cost control, Gantt or similar planning, risk management, quality assurance.
- Procurement & Contract Management.
- Communication: stakeholder management, negotiation, reporting.
- Organizational: multitasking, priority setting, problem solving.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s (Bac+3) or Master’s (Bac+5) degree in Industrial Automation, Industrial IT, or Electrotechnics.
- Certifications in Siemens Certified Programmer/Engineer or Schneider Electric Industrial Automation preferred.
