With a third round of funding of 35 million euros, Matera is moving up a gear! Today we have 3,000 client co-ownerships with a target of 5,000 very soon. With more than 400 new applications per week, there is no shortage of people who wish to change their way of managing their building!

**Job Title:** Property Developer Relations Manager **Role Summary:** Lead the development of strategic partnerships between Matera and property developers to position Matera as the primary provider of syndicate and property management services. Focus on building long-term relationships and driving adoption of innovative real estate solutions. **Expectations:** New role for a strategic leader to design and implement partnership frameworks, manage account development, and act as a market expert. Requires initiative in structuring operational processes and fostering stakeholder trust. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop partnership strategy: Identify target developers, define value propositions, and design commercial approaches. - Build and activate relationships: Engage developers, negotiate contracts, and establish initial partnership agreements. - Structure collaboration frameworks: Formalize recurring agreements to scale syndicate and property management operations. - Maintain and enhance existing network: Monitor stakeholder satisfaction, resolve issues, and retain partnerships. - Provide internal expertise: Share market insights, client requirements, and sector trends to inform strategic decisions. **Required Skills:** - Strategic partnership development and account management. - Sales, negotiation, and complex stakeholder engagement. - Deep understanding of real estate development dynamics. - Stakeholder relationship management and trust-building. - Analytical market research and competitive landscape awareness. **Required Education & Certifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field. Proven experience (7–10 years) in real estate development or developer-facing services required. No specific certifications mandatory.
