**Job title:** Finance Contract Administrator **Role summary:** Provide end‑to‑end support for customer account setup, billing, contracts, and reporting within the finance function. Job Description
Job title: Business Intelligence Analyst Role Summary: Perform end‑to‑end Power BI dashboard development and insight support for Sales, Customer Experience, Field Operations, and Commercial teams. Convert structured data into actionable visual reports, maintain data quality, and collaborate with data engineers, systems, and finance stakeholders to deliver clear, KPI‑aligned insights. Expactations: * Deliver accurate, user‑friendly Power BI dashboards that adhere to defined KPI standards. * Translate business questions into effective visuals and data stories. * Keep reports current, documented, and train users as needed. * Escalate complex queries to senior colleagues while managing workload priorities. Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain Power BI dashboards using datasets supplied by the Data Engineer. * Create DAX measures, calculated columns, and Power Query transformations based on agreed KPI definitions. * Design report layouts, navigation, and drill‑down pathways for maximum usability. * Enforce consistent design principles and data standards across all reporting assets. * Own the accuracy and quality of dashboards and reports. * Identify and present trends, patterns, and performance changes. * Collaborate with Finance and Systems teams to produce insight summaries. * Produce simple wireframes and draft layouts for stakeholder feedback. * Respond to reporting requests and provide basic training/work‑flow walkthroughs. * Create supporting documentation (FAQs, guides, data dictionaries).
