Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Role Summary: Design, develop, test, and deploy end‑to‑end software solutions across front‑end, back‑end, and database layers, ensuring high quality, maintainability, and performance.
Expectations: Proactive mindset, strong technical curiosity, meticulous problem‑solving skills, and effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate product requirements into detailed technical designs and documentation.
- Write clean, standards‑compliant code in VB.NET, C#, and WPF.
- Develop and maintain SQL (MSSQL) databases, including schema design, performance tuning, and data integrity.
- Implement and execute comprehensive unit, integration, and regression tests.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in all phases of the SDLC: planning, coding, testing, deployment, and post‑launch support.
- Integrate third‑party components and APIs to extend functionality.
- Update and refactor legacy code to improve efficiency and scalability.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of object‑oriented programming and multiple frameworks.
- Proficiency in VB.NET, C#, WPF, and ASP.NET core (preferred).
- Deep understanding of relational database design, SQL querying, and performance optimization in MSSQL.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development tools.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Certifications in .NET, C#, or SQL are advantageous.
