Job Title: **E‑commerce Strategy and Operations Manager, Amazon** **Role Summary** Lead day‑to‑day Amazon marketplace operations, elevate brand visibility, and drive global sales growth through optimized listings, strategic campaigns, and data‑driven decision making. **Expectations** - Manage comprehensive Amazon operations across all markets. - Ensure high performance, compliance, and rapid expansion into new Amazon territories. - Deliver actionable insights and reports to senior leadership. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Listing Management** – create, optimize, and maintain product listings for maximum visibility and conversion. 2. **Account & Issue Resolution** – monitor account health, resolve restrictions, and address listing or policy challenges. 3. **Content Collaboration** – partner with creative teams to produce high‑quality images, videos, and copy. 4. **Campaign Management** – design, launch, and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns. 5. **Performance Analysis** – analyze sales, traffic, and review metrics to inform continuous improvement. 6. **Go‑to‑Market Strategy** – develop launch plans and feature utilization for new products. 7. **International Expansion** – add at least one new Amazon market per quarter, adjusting operations and compliance. 8. **Cross‑Functional Coordination** – work with operations, digital marketing, EMEA account management, and customer service. 9. **Reporting & Insight Sharing** – produce regular sales, health, and feedback reports; share analytics with broader teams. **Required Skills** - Minimum 5 years of digital sales/e‑commerce experience focused on Amazon listings. - Deep knowledge of Amazon’s marketplace, algorithms, and best practices. - Strong analytical ability with proficiency in analytics tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred). - Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑moving environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Amazon Advertising or e‑commerce certification is a plus but not required.
